PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

All orders are picked and packed with love right here in Sydney Australia. Our team is only small, but we pack orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed you should receive a confirmation email (sometimes this can go to junk or spam mail folders). If you haven't received an email within 24 hours please make contact so we can chase this up for.

Shipping is free for orders delivered within Australia when you spend $200 or more, all other orders will be charged a shipping fee based on weight. If you do need your order quickly, express post is an option at checkout. As we are a small team please allow 2-4 business days for process and dispatch of order. Once all orders have been send, you should receive another email with details including the tracking number.

All orders are send within Australia using Australia Post, please note international post is not available at this time. If you have enquiries about international post at this time, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@viridianmoonrituals.com.au

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to do everything we can to help. 

Viridian Moon Rituals complies with NSW office of Fair trading regulations on refunds. We are not required to offer refunds or replacements based on changed of mind, if you do decide to cancel part or all of your order before shipment you will incur a 10% cancellation fee deducted from your refund.

If you do happen to find an item you like more and would like to alter/swap your order around and your order has not been shipped please contact us immediately at info@viridianmoonrituals.com.au to discuss and sort this out for you.

EXCHANGING INTUITIVELY SELECTED CRYSTALS

We do understand that sometimes when you hold a crystal it may not resonate with you, if that does happen and you wish to exchange it for another crystal please contact us at info@viridianmoonrituals.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to start the process of return and exchange. 

Under the conditions of Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, customers will be held responsible for shipping and handling costs to return any unwanted items. 

Customers making exchanges/returns will be emailed a returns slip to be filled out and will be required to return the product to Viridian Moon Rituals in a safe and secure manner, just as they were originally sent. It is highly recommended to return items using a tracking number for peace of mind. Once the item has been received, we will process the exchange excluding shipping costs, and you will be liable for shipping cost of the replacement to be sent out. If you wish to not have a replacement, send out, a store credit can be provided for the item only (not the return shipping costs).

If package is not received in a safe and secure manner and is returned broken or lost in the mail then we will be unable to complete the exchange. We highly recommend holding on and keeping all receipts and proof of postage until the transaction is completed. 

MISSING AND RETURNED PARCELS 

All parcels send from Viridian Moon Rituals will include tracking numbers which can be tracked through the Australia Post website, however if a parcel does go missing while on it's way to you please let us know immediately. Missing parcels are something we do not like and we will do everything to find it and re-direct it on it's way to you.

If your parcel is returned to us for any of the following reasons, we will contact you via email to arrange to ship your item again at an additional cost to you.

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Failure to collect from local post office within their time frame
  • Return to sender

If your parcel is returned and you decide you do not wish to have it resent to you, we are happy to provide you with a store credit minus a 10% restocking fee. 

If your order had received free shipping, then this too shall be deducted along with the restocking free from your store credit, along with any reward points gained. 

Any items that have been returned to us for any of the above reasons will be held for a period of 4 months. We will make contact however if we do not receive any correspondence back within that 4 month period these items shall be restocked with no store credit given.
