Smoke ceremonies have been performed as part of a spiritual practice in nearly every culture in our world. There are many spiritual and medicinal herbs that can be used for the practice. Rosemary is one such herb that has been used for a very long time especially in the Mediterranean. It is a herb I personally grew up with and still grow! It doesn't just taste amazing on potatoes or hair help become strong and healthy, the humble yet strong Rosemary can do so much more!

It can help to open yourself up spiritually and provide mental clarity, it smells great compared to some other herbs used for cleansing rituals.

We do not recommend burning this around animals or small children.  Also burn on a heat proof plate or in a heat proof container, the embers can fall and burn whatever they land on. Never leave lit sticks unattended. Heavy smoke in homes has been known to trigger a fire alarm or two as well.
